Xypex Chemical Corporation is an international manufacturer of concrete waterproofing and repair products. Founded in Canada in 1969, Xypex products are distributed in over 100 countries worldwide.

In 2025, Xypex expanded its presence in Western Europe by launching Xypex Germany GmbH and initiating the construction of a new manufacturing facility in Parchim, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. This facility will serve as the company’s regional production hub for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Ihre Aufgabe

Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment in accordance with defined operating procedures.
Carry out mixing, blending, packaging, and labeling of products based on precise formulas and quality standards.
Perform regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with product specifications prior to dispatch.
Document production data accurately and report as required.
Adhere to all safety, environmental, and operational procedures as outlined in training and company guidelines.
Identify and report equipment issues; support basic troubleshooting within the scope of training.
Work cooperatively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth and timely production.
Complete additional production-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor within the scope of the role.

Was Sie mitbringen

None required (Technical or vocational training is an asset)
Proficiency in German required. Basic English skills are an advantage
1-2 years of relevant production experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized

Wir bieten

Training will be provided by the Operations Manager, including on-site process and safety training.
Base Salary: €36,000 to €40,000 annually (depending on experience).
Benefits and leave entitlements are provided in accordance with German labor law.
This role is subject to the regulations of the German Working Hours Act (Arbeitszeitgesetz) and includes paid vacation and benefits in accordance with German labor law.
This position includes a standard six-month probation period in accordance with German labor regulations.
