As a Field Service Engineer, you’re the face of our company when dealing with customers. You diagnose problems, make repairs, perform upgrades, and track down even the trickiest defects. Sometimes you’ll work independently, and other times as part of a team. You’ll always bring passion and a keen eye for detail to the job. Your Job: Your Responsibilities
- Repair, maintenance, and inspection of CNC machines directly at the customer’s site
- Independent troubleshooting and repair at the customer’s site
- Retrofitting of Parts, Assemblies, and Machine Components
- On-site modifications at the customer’s location
- Planning and Performing Maintenance Work
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- Completed technical training, e.g., as a mechanic, mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, electrician, or electronics technician
- Commitment, team spirit, and a genuine love of travel
- physical stamina, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
- A customer-focused approach with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Good interpersonal skills and a knack for organization
- Class B Driver’s License
Ideally, you have
- Further training to become a technician, master craftsman, or a comparable qualification
