As a member of our dispatch team, you will be at the heart of our freight operations, ensuring the smooth organization of outbound processing and assisting with the entry of shipping orders. With your strong communication skills, you will serve as a competent point of contact for our drivers and warehouse staff.

- Managing, organizing, and optimizing consolidated freight routes
- Purchasing charter services for additional departures
- Processing freight forwarding orders
- Drafting transport orders and transport documents
- Monitoring departures and loading operations, as well as preparing and distributing all shipping documents
- Serving as the point of contact for drivers and warehouse staff
- Training in a freight forwarding environment—e.g., as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk—is desirable but not a requirement
- Alternatively: experience in a commercial role, preferably within the freight forwarding sector
- An independent, dedicated, and team-oriented approach to work
- A flexible mindset and strong communication skills
- Coordination skills and a quick grasp of new information round out your profile
