HNP Mikrosysteme develops, manufactures, and distributes precision pumps and metering systems for very small volumes of liquid. Your Responsibilities
- Technical and managerial leadership of the Drive Technology and Control team, while fostering a motivating and positive work environment
- Leading interesting and forward-looking projects, including the planning, development, and optimization of electrical control systems and automation solutions for both in-house and customer-specific applications
- Pump and Drive Systems
- Interface role to coordinate all internal and external processes and requirements to ensure the smooth execution of projects
- Assistance with the creation of circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
- Troubleshooting and resolving electrical engineering issues in close collaboration with other departments and our international customers
Your Profile
- Degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics, training as a state-certified technician in electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification, including several years of professional and leadership experience
- Knowledge of measurement, control, and regulation technology for motors
- A structured, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills, a team-oriented attitude, and a willingness to learn about new subject areas
- Ideally, experience in conformity assessment procedures (e.g., EMC, CE) and programming (e.g., in C++, CODESYS, or similar)
- Excellent command of German and English
