Ilim Timber, an international company headquartered in Switzerland, is one of the leading producers of high-quality softwood lumber. The company has four locations worldwide, including two in Germany (Ilim Timber Germany): Ilim Nordic Timber GmbH & Co. KG in Wismar and Ilim Timber Bavaria GmbH in Landsberg am Lech, with a total of more than 950 employees. Ilim Timber Germany produces high-quality wood construction products by processing softwood (pine and spruce) from sustainably managed forests, primarily for the regional market (KVH, glued laminated timber, cross-laminated timber, roof battens, floorboards) as well as for the global market. This enables the sustainable sequestration of over 2,300,000 metric tons of CO₂ annually at the two Ilim Timber locations in Wismar and Landsberg am Lech. - Unloading the logs from the delivery trucks
- Transporting the logs to the storage piles
- Management of the storage area in accordance with the warehouse and stacking plan
- Feeding the log processing line and sawing lines
- Transportation of wood chips, wood shavings, and bark, as well as the loading of trucks
- Vehicle Care and Maintenance
- A valid industrial truck operator’s license or Class T driver’s license
- Experience operating construction equipment
- Willingness to work shifts
- Ability to work as part of a team, reliability, strong commitment
